　  报告摘要：Brain energy metabolism and neurotransmission are essential to maintain the normal brain function. Measuring neurochemical profile and metabolic rate by in vivo MRS has been substantial improved with the increased sensitivity and spectral resolution provided by high and ultra-high magnet field and development of technology. In this talk, MRS/MRI technical development and applications will be introduced. Specifically, multimodal MRI and MRS approaches to probe the abnormal brain microstructure and bioenergetics associated with schizophrenia will be discussed.
